Purpose of the Role:

Main Responsibilities:

Oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure the smooth running of all warehouse activities:

• Inventory stock control and administration, ensuring all goods are received in timely manner and aligned with WMS
• Perform daily cycle counts ensure stock levels are accurate
• Lead, motivate and encourage our team of warehouse operatives and ensure all customer order levels are met in accordance with SLAs
• Maintain and improve operational systems, processes, and best practices
• Monitor and report operational performance against targets
• Ensure all operational processes comply with company policies, health and safety requirements and legal regulations
• Develop and implement strategies for improving operational efficiency
• Liaise with cross channel internal departments to ensure all queries are resolved in a timely manner

Primary Requirements:

• Proven experience as a warehouse supervisor or a similar management position
• Educated to degree level (but not essential)
• Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations (First Aid/Fire Safety)
• Thrive in a rapid moving environment and ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel) and ERP management systems (Oracle)
• Forklift licence
• Ability to develop and implement operational processes and procedures
• Strong working knowledge of warehouse operations and management
• Excellent leadership and organisational skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal skills and the ability to delegate
